History and growth of a family business

P.C.de Doelder founded his supply business in Terneuzen back in the 1930s. His
service-oriented approch generated fast growth and before long, the company was
making deliveries outside the Terneuzen area to towns and cities such as Antwerp,
Ghent, Zeebrugge and Ostend. The company's core business was ship supplies,
fresh water and agency work then - and is still the case seventy years on.

The second generation of the family had the opportunity of expanding the
company still further, laying even firmer foundations for the recognition of the
Terneuzen Bonded Stores name within the shipping industry. Also, the growth of the
Dutch coastal shipping trade had a positive effect on the development of the company.

The company is now run by the third generation of the family and is backed up by a team of
approximatly twenty-five enthusiastic employees.
Moving to our new premises in Breskens was a major mile-stone in our history.
Now we could expand the company even further while still building on the foundations set by
the former generations. Providing the best possible services and the best quality for our clients.
